MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
This is an unusual restaurant in that it was originally born as a bakery but then little by little transformed its restaurant into its main focus. Modern urban-industrial décor provides the backdrop for traditional Italian cuisine; the pasta dishes in particular stand out for their quality and individuality. Display cabinets are filled with wines, sauces and dried pasta for purchase – some of which are produced on the premises and others imported.
