This Chinese bar appeals with its casual izakaya-like atmosphere and authentic cuisine. The chef being an expert in Sichuan cuisine, the specialities are spicy chicken and mapo tofu. He also incorporates local ingredients and culture, such as using brand name pork from Gojo to make steamed dumplings, and using ‘Kasa-soba’, from the Kasa area of Sakurai.
