Architects Patrick Bouchain and Loïc Julienne designed this unique venue with a traditional thatched roof and an exposed timber frame that calls to mind a star-studded night sky. The pared-back, minimalist interior seems to be open to the elements, courtesy of floor-to-ceiling windows, some of which command a view of the small terrace and its water feature. The entire project is truly jaw dropping! The seasonal menu stars produce from the Val de Loire region.
