A delightful place with a lively atmosphere! This elegant 19C townhouse opposite the Church of St Martin houses a charming brasserie with decorative details such as old photos, a striking chandelier and attractive parquet flooring. There is also a heritage-protected dining room with stuccoed ceilings. Chef-patron Daniel Bitterli cooks classic, traditional dishes that take their cue from the seasons and draw on Mediterranean influences. Dishes such as the sole fillets with two kinds of asparagus and hollandaise sauce exemplify the restaurant's commitment to fresh, high-quality ingredients and flavoursome cuisine. The waitstaff are very attentive, friendly and adept.
