ROOST Rittenhouse
They’re more than just a suite with an electric kettle — these are real apartments, complete with full kitchens, washers and dryers, REVO stereos, and Apple TVs. You’ll have to bring your own pet, as they’re not supplied, though they are perfectly welcome. But you’ll have to do some furniture training first, as it’d be a shame to leave claw marks on these exceptionally well-chosen Design Within Reach pieces.
A 24-hour front desk and concierge means you’ve got professional help around the clock if you need it — but for the most part, it’s low-touch, low-maintenance hospitality. Though in some ways they’re hardly hotels at all, the Roost hotels are going to have a huge impact on the Philly hotel scene — and once you see how good life in a professional apartment-share can be, you might not bother with the amateur version again.
Please note: A 4-7 night minimum stay is often required for reservations at ROOST Rittenhouse.

We loved having the apartment feel to the place. The floors are gorgeous wood parquet. I’d actually like to know where they come from. Great decor… cozy and chic common area with fireplace and sofa. The service was exceptional, even though there was no solution to our TV issue. We were only staying one night so it was no big deal.

A great idea, well executed. Not just for long-term stays -- makes you feel like a local.

Wonderful hotel and location! We stayed in the one bedroom and it was huge. Gorgeous, well-appointed kitchen. Very comfortable bed. The perfect location to discover Rittenhouse Square area.

Very clean, comfortable furniture and bed, great location.
