The Locanda and the Tipico offer two menus showcasing traditional Umbrian cuisine (one gourmet, the other traditional); guests can then choose in which of the restaurants they would prefer to eat. The wine selection has recently been extended to over 400 labels, while the olive oils now have their own dedicated menu which includes the best oils from the region. With Giancarlo Polito at the helm, there’s no doubt that you’re in excellent hands!
