This osteria offers some of the most authentic regional Italian in town focusing on the Piemonte region bordering Switzerland and France. Naturally, dishes reflect a unique blend of influences. A brass bull (a good luck symbol) signals the entrance to a spot that offers up contemporary and gleaming elegance. Service shows real warmth and hospitality, while items bring it home. Slow-cooked beef with bagnet vert and boiled potatoes, as well as mandilli di seta with a Ligurian basil pesto are classic.
