Mamagoto is Japanese for tea party. Seasoned chef Koji Tsuchiya serves an appealing selection of dishes you can share (or not!), combining Japanese and Basque influences – for example, sea urchin with parsley sayon or grilled squid with pesto. The wine list includes some unusual natural wines. A simpler set menu at lunchtime.
