Myomi’s second act, set in a gorgeous space with a view of Changdeokgung Palace, is an experience that diners eagerly await. Chef Kim Jeong-muk's use of Korean ingredients and cooking techniques remain unchanged, but the chef has added subtle new inflections to his dishes as the venue’s name Myomi (“subtle charm”) fittingly suggests.
