Matthieu Roche moved from Paris (where he worked at Semilla) to open this tiny bistro with his partner Camille. The space, located between the port and the courthouse, reflects the colours and flavours of Provence. The chef is attentive to the seasons, buying locally (Mediterranean fish directly from the port, vegetables from Mallemort's market gardens, citrus fruits from the Domaine du Jasson).
