Marking the 11th anniversary of the annual MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau, City of Dreams will present a gala dinner themed ‘Metamorphosis’. It will be an evening inspired by the shifting trends and landscapes in the ever-evolving culinary world. The gala dinner will take place on Tuesday, 11 th December and will include an evening of delectable dining, exuberant celebration and a gathering of industry giants. For one night only, six acclaimed chefs from 2 and 3-Michelin-starred restaurants together with celebrated pastry chef Pierre Herme will join hands to craft a dining experience like no other.
