MICHELIN Star Table Macau 2024, held in partnership with SJM Resorts, S.A., presents an exclusive gastronomic program that invites a curated lineup of internationally renowned chefs from MICHELIN Starred restaurants around the globe to Macau. Guests will embark on a culinary journey, exploring diverse global flavors through their palates.
Starting with the Italian Cuisine Series in October, the MICHELIN Star Table Macau 2024 will present a series of expertly crafted collaboration dinners, featuring Chef Federico Pucci from a MICHELIN Selected restaurant Don Alfonso 1890 in Macau, Chef Ernesto Iaccarino from a one MICHELIN Star restaurant Don Alfonso 1890 San Barbato in Italy, and Chef Andrea Migliaccio from the two MICHELIN Stars restaurant L'Olivo in Italy.
In November, we will continue with the French Cuisine Series, featuring Chef Julien Tongourian from the three MICHELIN Stars restaurant Robuchon au Dôme in Macau and Chef Jérôme Banctel from the three MICHELIN Stars restaurant Le Gabriel - La Réserve Paris in France.
