Wuliangye Baijiu is crafted from a unique formula that combines five fine grains: sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, wheat, and corn. The company boasts a vast collection of ancient fermentation pits from the Yuan and Ming dynasties, continuously used for uninterrupted fermentation, maintaining an active tradition for over 700 years.
