The hotel was incredible. The staff were welcoming, accommodating and patient. If your Japanese is limited, the staff are happy to speak English with you. They even helped me with booking a restaurant reservation, and their daily breakfast was delicious! Hotel Noum is also away from the high traffic/touristy areas of Osaka, but still in proximity to a few Osaka Metro lines (including the Keihan railway, which will take you to Nara, Kyoto, etc). Hotel Noum is also walking distance from Osaka Castle, which is a great destination for anyone visiting. I will definitely be staying here next time I visit Osaka :)

The coffee shop/cafe in the lobby was a great feature, especially since they opened at 7 am when most places don’t open until 10 or 11. The staff was very kind, courteous, and helpful and spoke enough English.
