Enjoy the delights of crab in all sorts of ways here, including sashimi, shabu-shabu, and char-grilled. The owner-chef prizes freshness above all, so insists on using only live crabs. He dresses the crab in front of the guests and serves it as soon as he’s done so that not an ounce of flavour is lost. Besides those for red king crab and horsehair crab, the crab set menus change with the season, with blue king crab in spring and matsubagani in winter.
