MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Celebrity chef Paul Pairet's latest venture in Shanghai is housed in a wood-rich space with brass finishes. Chargrilled kebabs are seasoned with Middle Eastern or Southeast Asian spices, and served with a dip made to complement the ingredients. Try frogs' legs with peanut satay sauce that marry springy texture and rich nutty depth. Pair this with Indonesian oxtail soup and citrus smoky rice. Finish off with ice cream in an array of flavours.
