An inviting family-run restaurant renowned for its fine seasonal cooking. A deep connection to the region is reflected in the use of predominantly local ingredients. The menu features traditional dishes – the Heidschnucke lamb is a house speciality not to be missed. Some dishes can also be ordered in small portions, and there are vegetarian/vegan options available. Lovely terrace overlooking the garden. For overnight guests there are exceedingly cosy guestrooms, some with balconies.
"The topic of sustainability has long been a concern of mine, which is why I am also a founding member of "greentable", a non-profit initiative for sustainability in the catering industry. I act accordingly in my establishment, with green electricity, my own combined heat and power unit, and produce from the immediate vicinity."
