Château Richeux dates back only to the 1920s, which is recent history by chateau standards, but this lavish seaside residence lacks for nothing when it comes to atmosphere. It helps that it looks across the bay at Mont Saint-Michel, but most of its charm is due to what’s within the walls of the old house and the neighboring cottage — namely a richly detailed collection of antique furnishings and decorative elements. An old barn is home to a unique spa, the Bains Celtiques; owner and chef Hugo Roellinger, a Cancale local, has ensured that the Château is a significant culinary destination as well.

Need to Know
- Restaurant: If you wish to reserve a table at the restaurant "Le Coquillage" at Château Richeux (closed Sunday and Monday), or at the "Bistrot de Cancale" (open every day) please note this must be done separately from your room reservation.
- From April to the end of September, as well as every weekend (Friday and Saturday) of the year, school holidays and public holidays, you can cancel or modify your stay up to 8 days before the scheduled date of arrival. . If the stay is canceled or modified 8 days before the scheduled date of arrival, the deposit paid on booking will be refunded in full.
- If a reservation is modified or canceled less than 8 days before the scheduled date of arrival or if no one shows up on the reserved date, the deposit paid on reservation will be retained in full.
- Outside the periods stated above (from October to March, excluding weekends, school holidays and public holidays), you can cancel or modify your stay up to 72 hours before the scheduled date of arrival. If the stay is canceled or modified 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded in full.
- If the reservation is modified or canceled less than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date or if no one shows up on the reserved date, the deposit paid on reservation will be retained in full.
- Any late departure will result in the invoicing of an additional night.
- The reception of your pet will be charged 25 € per night and per animal.
