Set in the Palmeraïe, the vast palm grove that serves as the tranquil alternative to Marrakech’s busy medina, Palais Ronsard makes the most of its generously sized spaces. The Spa Ronsard marries the Moroccan hammam tradition with modern treatments and Sothys products; two restaurants, the gastronomic Jardin d’Hiver and the al fresco Le Verger du Poète, are joined by an elegant cocktail bar and the daytime Pool House.
