Meticulously restored by Alexander Perros in collaboration with Leroy Street Studio and Hollander Design, the property’s mid-century spirit lives on through thoughtfully renovated rooms, beach shacks, bungalows, and waterfront houses, each combining original terrazzo and oak craftsmanship with soft coastal tones and contemporary comfort.
• At the edge of the marsh lies the Salt Marsh Wellness Sanctuary, a serene, nature-inspired retreat shaped by the rhythm of land and sea. Guests can book private sessions in the infrared sauna, steam room, and cold plunge, or choose from guided facials, massages, yoga, and breathwork.
