Well known across the city, this centrally located restaurant boasts an informal bar perfect for tapas plus a stylish, classically furnished dining room with a central section that can be converted into a private dining space. The chef, who describes himself as “pure Murcian stock”, creates traditional, market-inspired cuisine that is showcased on an impressive à la carte (including a choice of stews and rice dishes for a minimum of two guests – the latter need to be pre-ordered), plus an “executive” menu at lunchtime.
