Done out in green and gold, this handsome luxury brasserie has a chic, London-style atmosphere. For the ultimate experience, be sure to secure a seat at the Chef's Table (only available on Fridays and Saturdays). In keeping with the location, the menu presents an original take on brasserie dishes. For example, you could start with a crispy brioche bun with smoked eel and foie royale; then you might move on to the barbecued turbot served with a beurre blanc that possesses a delicate acidity. The chefs here work with the finest – often Dutch – produce, and it pays dividends.
