This high-ceilinged dining room is decorated with roof eaves and colourful windows reminiscent of lavish Xiguan mansions. The head chef from Hong Kong ensures every course is made according to longstanding Cantonese traditions, with ingenious touches thrown in for good measure. Try such award-winning creations as the eight-treasure consommé, or minced shrimp enrobed in a giant grouper. A comfortable vibe and thoughtful service also fit the bill.
