Thanks to its promise of serving delicious cuisine with local and sustainably sourced ingredients, this lively spot stands tall. Set upon a busy downtown corner, it virtually screams easy breezy, despite being nowhere near the coast. But due to the vision of Jeffrey Wall (forager and photographer extraordinaire), the entire aesthetic feels natural, chic, and contemporary.
The menu stars responsibly sourced oysters, other bivalves, and choice cuts of aged beef. Get going with a crispy crab sandwich offered with cool tartar sauce and piping-hot fries. Then tuck into wood-roasted shrimp with leeks and pancetta, before calling it a night with the raspberry dream sundae. Offered with pineapple compote and chocolate sauce, it's a treat to beat all sweet dreams.
