Very centrally located, this restaurant is really charming with its cosy atmosphere and cordial service. Championing regional and seasonal produce with a deep respect for the ingredients, the chef adheres to the nose-to-tail and leaf-to-root principles. The six- or eight-course set menu culminates in a delightful finale named Eine kleine Schweinerei (house-made Alpine pork specialities). Alternatively, there is a small à la carte selection.
