The rebirth of Onyx is underway… starting with Onxy Mühely, a 16-seater test kitchen which offers dishes that will go on to form the core of the menu at the new Onyx. All guests arrive at the same time for drinks and nibbles, before being shown through to an elegant ‘workshop’ with a beautiful open kitchen and a glass-enclosed, galleried library. Diners are also invited to be critics and are encouraged to talk to the chefs and leave written feedback on the menu. Sustainability is a focus of the refined dishes, and the whole experience is interactive and engaging.
