Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking

In this family-run hotel-restaurant, the first thing you take in is the wonderfully traditional interior decor, with its hardwood flooring and chandeliers. The menu includes classics (beef fillet and pan-fried mushrooms), regional dishes (calf kidneys with Pinot Noir and spaetzle) and a few more contemporary dishes (veal carpaccio and lobster tempura). The cheese platter from the valley is a real highlight.
