Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking
This restaurant focuses on the cuisine found in the catchment area of Jiulong River in the prefecture of Zhangzhou, Fujian. Most of the seafood is sourced from the estuary where it flows into the sea. Bittern tofu simmered with russula mushrooms, clams and dried squid comes in an umami-laden broth.
