Owner-chef Thomas Ponson is not one to twiddle his thumbs, to the point that this street could almost be named after him, given the number of thriving businesses (bistro, café, bouchon) he operates here! In the parent bistro, he crafts appetising lunchtime menus, and, in the evening, the food shines a spotlight on the scope of his technical skills and more refined ingredients (scallops, squab, Bourbonnais lamb sweetbreads, etc). This place is a must.
