The 18th-century estate may sit deep in the Dutch countryside, but what happens inside is entirely present-day, with a handful of rooms and lofts with sculptural furniture, clean sightlines, and garden or lake views. Dining here isn’t a side note: the kitchen is ambitious, exacting, and incredibly seasonal. Just beyond the house, woodland paths and still water frame the experience.
