This restaurant in an ultra-luxury beach resort boasts a rustic chic room, complete with an open kitchen, wood-fired oven (hence the name) and a terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Here, the chef offers a good range of Italian classics, embodying his personal history and childhood memories.
