The house provides the ideal space for those wishing to be transported into a calming, elegant environment. From the eight-seater counter, customers can enjoy watching the deft movements of a confident craftsman, as the chef prepares the nigiri with quiet concentration. Before then, there are plenty of delicious dishes to enjoy, from cod roe with hairy crab to steamed tilefish and grilled hairtail. There’s a generosity to the nigiri and highlights include gizzard shad and creamy cuttlefish. Delicious matcha brings the memorable evening to a close.
