Housed in the historical part of the Hotel Ritter, this exceedingly cosy and tastefully decorated restaurant serves modern cuisine in the evenings. The "Signature Menu" comprises four or five courses, and wine pairings are available on request. Alternatively, you can choose à la carte. Tip: the delicious sourdough bread from the Müller Bäckerei in Durbach! If you are wondering about the name, makidan comes from the Persian and encompasses the notion of delicacies, conviviality and hospitality. Consider the option of staying overnight – it's worth it!
