Just a few minutes from Calvi, this restaurant surrounded by pine forest and vineyards is housed in what used to be a Genoese aristocratic estate, with the mountains of the Bonifatu Cirque on the distant horizon. The terrace overlooking a garden that exudes the scents of the Mediterranean is the idyllic setting in which to savour a menu designed by MICHELIN-starred chef Stéphane Pitré and cooked by Romain Foubard; Valentin Mifort takes care of the desserts. The menu stars local ingredients such as red mullet from the village, Corsican porcu nustrale pork and local strawberries. Pretty villas and suites await you, as well as the spa and Le Bistrot dans l'Herbe.
