For over 20 years, this passionately run restaurant has continued to evolve and look to the future, without losing sight of the quality cooking that has made it such a hit for so long. Situated in the shadow of one of Europe's tallest working windmills, the building sports a unique style of décor that blends graffiti art with exposed brickwork, and the permanently busy cocktail bar is a key feature. The kitchen shows great skill in deriving plenty of flavour from deceptively simple dishes like hake with leek and basil broth.
