With a diverse heritage and having lived and worked all over the world, it's no surprise that Ramael Scully brings an array of international influences to his self-titled restaurant. From Malaysia to Sydney via India and China, you'll go on a culinary journey throughout the chef's complex and distinctive dishes. Unlike little else you'll find in the UK, the cooking has an appealing vitality thanks to its punchy flavours and the shelves laden with spices, pickles, preserves and oils. Both a tasting menu and sharing-inclined à la carte are available.
