This simple, typical trattoria (not to be confused with the more elegant Cibrèo restaurant next door) has long been one of the best places in Florence for anyone looking to enjoy delicious, traditional cuisine without spending a fortune. The menu features an array of dishes that have become firm favourites over the years, including unmissable classics such bread soup, lampredotto (a type of offal) stew, “Cassi”-style cod and cheesecake with bitter orange marmalade.
