What strikes the visitor most on arriving at the Château de la Chèvre d'Or is its exceptional location that affords a truly jaw-dropping view. Perched high up on the flank of a rocky hillside in a medieval village, it commands drop-dead views of the Riviera hinterland to the rear and of the sparkling Mediterranean Sea to the fore.
