This restaurant is a reference for contemporary Brazilian cuisine. Located in the heart of São Paulo, it offers a tranquil and relaxing oasis for those keen to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. It occupies the Solar Fabio Prado (formerly the Museu da Casa Brasileira), and features an extensive outdoor space teeming with vegetation, as well as a pleasant internal dining room. Here, renowned chef Morena Leite, who grew up in the kitchens of his family’s restaurant in Trancoso, conjures up comfort food that showcases typical Brazilian ingredients, allied with techniques acquired elsewhere. One of the classic dishes on the menu is the tapioca ravioli filled with Canastra cheese and a delicious herb sauce that will linger long in the memory.
