In the four-course "Schmankerl Menu", the 12-course "Wirtshaus Maximus Menu" and the small à la carte selection, Markus Stöckle transforms traditional dishes into original creations packed with flavour. A prime example is the "Radi Wickerl" (braised leaves, sansho, pickled kombu and radish). The wine list, which includes a selection of natural wines, is also impressive.
