Situated in the historic centre of the picturesque village of Suvereto, this restaurant boasts a traditional decor of wood and stone. The menu includes dishes made from the restaurant’s own grains, as well as a selection of meat and fish specialities.

"We are part of a farm that owns a stone mill and collaborates with the University of Florence on biodiversity protection issues, cultivating and processing organic grains. The flours are then used for bread-making, pastries and making fresh pasta."
