To convey the gastronomy of contemporary Spain, the chef adopted the concept of Barcelona's local cuisine with a modern sensibility. Pan con tomate is just one Catalan tradition. All ingredients are painstakingly selected to whet the appetite with their lightness. The restaurant’s name means ‘I’m hungry’ in Catalan.
