• For reservations equal or over 2,500 USD it is necessary to pay 50% in advance of the total amount of your stay to guarantee your accommodation. Once the reservation is confirmed our team will contact you to manage the payment of 50% of the reservation. The remaining 50% must be paid at check-in. This payment is non-refundable; however, it can be rescheduled to a future stay as long as it complies with the cancellation policy in your reservation. In the event that it is rescheduled, you will be issued a credit certificate for the amount paid, the credit certificate will have its own terms and conditions for its use. This policy is valid for individual reservations, reservations under the same name, card in guarantee or groups associated with the same stay.
