Sitting surrounded by nothing but sea and mountain views, the adults-only Hotel Cèsar Lanzarote is all about slowing down and switching off. Guest rooms take their cues from nature with layers of tactile materials in shades of blue and green, and plenty of leafy pot plants to bring the outside in. There’s a restaurant and bar but really the facilities here are all about getting outdoors, either lounging around the infinity pool, enjoying the gardens and terrace, or dining al fresco in the picnic area.
