There is something for everyone in this modern bistro. Chef Clément draws his inspiration from top-notch ingredients, to which he adds a subtle personal spin. Asian influences, the authentic flavour of marinated beetroot, a velvety beurre blanc and the subtle smoky hints of the wood-fired Josper oven… Splendid harmonies and great value for money. A word of advice: if you would prefer a more romantic vibe, ask for a table in the second room.
