The rebirth of Onyx has entered yet another phase. From Monday to Wednesday their ‘workshop’, Műhely, currently offers a concise but appealing à la carte entitled ‘Mozaik’, where the cooking focuses on local ingredients and is enjoyed at individual tables. For a more immersive encounter, from Thursday to Sunday, arrive at the same time as your fellow guests for the communal ‘ÆTHER’ experience, a stimulating, sensory and provocative evening that uses a multi-course tasting menu to showcase the development of food in the past, present and future; your night here will include light, sound, capes and contemplation!
