In an outbuilding of the château, this restaurant boasts a baroque style, with waxed concrete floors, vintage chairs and a chandelier. But what really catches the attention is the chef's indulgent contemporary cuisine. High-quality ingredients make for clear, distinctive flavours, a case in point being the lovely roasted carrot starter with its crispy Vieux Rodez cheese tuile.
