Just a few yards from the bustle of Oxford Street is this oasis of calm with a rustic, pared-back quality. She prides herself on showcasing seasonal British ingredients from small producers with whom she’s built strong relationships; these are fashioned into dishes with a zero-waste mindset, exemplified by the inventive cocktails and the signature 'wasted dip' to begin. The wine list features growers who value biodiversity and soil regeneration.
