Both restaurants are quite frankly more impressive than they really need to be, as is the spa, whose open-air pavilions are surrounded by the treetop canopy. And the excursions are at least half of why you’re here: tour the canopy via elevated walkways, take a river safari or an ATV tour, or hike the volcano itself — there’s no end to the adventures on offer.
