Reservation Cancellation Policies:
Reservations must be canceled at least 30 days in advance. Reservation cancellations will result in the issuance of a credit letter, according to the timeframes outlined below, with no direct refund of payments. The credit letter will be valid for 6 months. Cancellations outside the deadline will incur progressive penalties:
More than 30 days before arrival: 10% penalty, and a credit letter for the remaining amount of the payment made.
30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% penalty, and a credit letter for the remaining amount of the payment made.
Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% penalty on the amount paid.
For accommodation packages during high season and holiday periods, cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will result in a 100% penalty of the amount paid.
Failure to show up will be considered a "No Show" and will not be eligible for refund or credit.
The hotel welcomes guests of any age.
Children of ages 0 to 5 can stay free of charge.
Guests 13 years old and older are considered adults.
Bringing outside food or beverages is not allowed (subject to additional charges).
